In the videos below, the glass is being fed into the resin bath and back through the rollers then onto a takeup mandrel for use. This automatic impregnator is being operated by a foot switch for operator control. The glass is being fully saturated and the excess resin is being squeezed back into the bath. This operation required a 60% glass to resin ratio. As you can see, using this system will save both time and materials.
